Senior Software Engineer · Backend Platforms · Distributed Systems
Sole engineer for Gallup's Growth Team in the EU.
Turning complex problems into clean solutions.
01 — About
Engineer who ships. Not just builds — owns.
5+ years in backend platforms and distributed systems. Right now I'm the sole engineer for Gallup's Growth Team in the EU — bi-weekly releases, GDPR compliance, incident response. Originally from Ahmedabad, India. Master's in Computer Science from UT Arlington. Now Berlin-based, cooking fusion meals and running taste experiments on my wife between deployments.
My family runs a jewellery business back home. It gave me an eye for craft — the kind of attention to detail that doesn't quit when a thing is “good enough.”

04 — Beyond the Code
There's more to me than the commit log.
01
Sport Obsessive
Football, NBA & Cricket. Three sports, one problem. Being from Pune means cricket was never a choice — it was an obligation.
02
Fusion Cook
Fusion meals are my side project. My wife is the QA. Acceptance criteria: no leftovers. Currently undefeated.
03
Cinema & TV
Godfather. Scarface. The Sopranos. The Wire. The Office for when I need something lighter and less morally compromised.
04
Gamer
Battlefield & COD to decompress. Nothing clears a tough production incident like a well-coordinated squad wipe.
05
Jewellery Roots
Family runs a jewellery business in India. Gave me an eye for craftsmanship — in gold and in code. Details matter.
06
Dad Joke Dept.
Why do programmers prefer dark mode? Because light attracts bugs. I have hundreds more. You've been warned.
